According to American Express Saving and Spending Tracker, more than 6 million people will likely  get engaged today. That’s right, it’s Valentine’s Day; a holiday created simply to celebrate love and romance! I am a sucker for this Hallmark holiday and simply can’t resist all of the red, pink and heart covered goodies that line the aisles at stores! Those darn conversation hearts get me every time.
